Overview

The Battle Arms Development Enhanced Pin Set is precision Swiss CNC-machined from durable aluminum and finished in Olive Drab Green. Designed as a direct upgrade for AR-15, M16, and M4 platforms, this pin set fits all lower receivers with mil-spec .250-inch diameter front pivot and rear takedown pin holes. The set features low-profile, snag-free pin heads with a patent-pending head design that improves gripping surface and pull strength without relying on oversized heads, ensuring full compatibility with ambidextrous safety selectors. The takedown pin head is specifically shaped to avoid obstructing right-side safety levers. Extended pin tips add 0.030 inches over mil-spec length to aid in starting and pushing the pins from the left side of the receiver. Additionally, cone-shaped bullet tip guide recesses are machined into both pin tips to prevent accidental tool or bullet slip, thereby reducing the chance of scratching the receiver. The package includes an enhanced takedown pin, an enhanced pivot pin, two KNS hardened stainless steel detents, and two 17-7 nickel-plated stainless steel pin springs.
