The Battle Arms Development Authority Elite complete upper receiver assembly is chambered in 5.56 NATO and features a 10.5-inch 4150 chrome-moly steel black nitride barrel. Built around a billet BAD556 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum receiver in a black anodized finish, it includes integral ambidextrous controls, a full-length 12 o'clock Picatinny rail with a signature notch cut, and a free-float M-LOK handguard. The assembly is supplied with a Bad Rack-15 ambidextrous charging handle and an AR-15/M16 bolt carrier group featuring a 9310 steel bolt and an 8620 black nitride carrier.
