Overview

The Barrett Model 98B Fieldcraft Rifle System is a bolt-action precision rifle chambered in 260 Remington. It features a 22-inch match-grade barrel with a 1:8" twist and a muzzle brake designed to tame recoil along its straight-line chassis. Feeding from a 10-round detachable magazine, the rifle incorporates a polymer-guided oversized bolt handle for smooth cycling. The aluminum upper receiver features an M1913 optics rail, complemented by forward receiver sections drilled and tapped with KeyMod slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions for accessories. Ergonomic features include an adjustable match trigger, an adjustable cheek piece, a fixed metal bronze adjustable stock, an ergonomic pistol grip to reduce muscle fatigue, and a thumb-operated safety lever. The metal is finished in brown Cerakote and black phosphate, with an overall length of 47.75 inches and an empty weight of 9.25 lbs.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
