Overview

The Barrett MRAD is a modular, bolt-action rifle chambered in .338 Lapua Magnum, designed for precision in both field and competitive applications. It features a monolithic upper receiver machined from 7000-series aluminum, equipped with a 26-inch fluted barrel and a full-length M1913 Picatinny top rail with a 10 MIL taper. The handguard includes M-LOK mounting slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions for the attachment of optics and accessories. The rifle utilizes a user-changeable barrel system that allows for caliber or length conversions by loosening two bolts with a Torx wrench. Ergonomics are highly adjustable, featuring a match-grade trigger module, a folding stock with tool-less length-of-pull and cheek piece height adjustments, and an ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release. The rifle is equipped with a reversible safety and accepts AR15/M16-style pistol grips. Finished in black Cerakote, the MRAD includes a muzzle brake and has a magazine capacity of 10 rounds.
