Barnes TSX (Triple-Shock X) 30 Caliber (308 Diameter) Bullets 168 Grain Solid Hollow Point Box of 50

Overview

The Barnes TSX .30 caliber 168-grain Boat Tail Hollow Point (BTHP) rifle bullet is an all-copper, lead-free projectile engineered for superior terminal performance. Featuring Barnes' Accu-Groove technology, these bullets are designed to reduce barrel fouling and increase accuracy and velocity. Upon expansion, the bullet creates four razor-sharp cutting petals that allow for deep penetration through tough tissue and bone, typically retaining 100% of its original weight. These bullets are certified lead-free and compliant with the California Condor Preservation Act. Barnes recommends initially seating these bullets 0.050" off the lands, with optimal accuracy typically found between 0.030" and 0.070" depending on the specific rifle. This product contains 50 bullets per box and is intended for reloading; it is not loaded ammunition.
