Overview

The Barnes LRX (Long-Range X) 7mm (.284 caliber) 160-grain bullets are precision-engineered for long-range hunting and superior exterior ballistic performance. Featuring a 100-percent copper, lead-free boat-tail design with an increased ogive and boat-tail length, these projectiles achieve higher Ballistic Coefficient values (G1 .608, G7 .305). The integrated polymer tip initiates rapid expansion upon contact, doubling the bullet's original diameter while deploying razor-sharp cutting petals designed to create massive wound channels, deep penetration, and high weight retention on medium to large game. Each box contains 50 bullets and is recommended for use with a 1:8 or faster twist rate barrel.
