Overview

The Barnes LRX (Long Range X) .338 caliber 250-grain Boat Tail (BT) bullet is a polymer-tipped, all-copper projectile designed for long-range hunting. The bullet features a long profile and an optimized boat tail design to increase its ballistic coefficient and maintain velocity. Upon impact, the polymer tip initiates rapid expansion, forcing the scored nose cavity to open into four petals for deep penetration and energy transfer. The bullet utilizes Accu-Groove technology to minimize barrel fouling and ensure accuracy. This is not loaded ammunition.
