Overview

This versatile tool allows 3-1/2-inch shells to be converted to 3-inch shells, and 3-inch shells to be converted to 2-3/4-inch shells, while holding shells in precise alignment to produce clean edges. It can also function as a shell disassembly tool simply by removing the threaded guide rod, allowing the top of a shell to be cleanly cut off after a few turns.
