Overview

The Auto Ordnance Thompson 50-round drum magazine is a U.S.-manufactured steel feeding solution for .45 ACP Thompson long guns. Finished in blue, this high-capacity magazine has a 6.75-inch diameter and includes a drum installation device, often referred to as a "3rd hand." This magazine is designed for 1927-A1 Thompson models and most modern Thompson semi-automatic and full-auto firearms. It is not compatible with Thompson M1 models (distinguishable by a side-mounted charging handle) or models manufactured in West Hurley, NY, before 1990. Proper maintenance of spring tension is required to ensure reliable feeding.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
