The outer belt utilizes Type 13 belt webbing with a 7000-pound tensile strength as its base, featuring laser-cut PALS webbing from semi-rigid woven thermo-polymer to securely attach holsters, pouches, and accessories without excess bulk. It is equipped with an AustriAlpin Cobra buckle featuring a D-ring for lanyards and heavy-duty load ratings. The outer belt includes an inner loop-style Velcro facing that pairs with a low-profile hook inner belt. This reversible inner belt incorporates a single layer of 1.5-inch scuba webbing, allowing it to function independently as a non-metallic, semi-rigid everyday carry (EDC) belt while comfortably covering the abrasive hook material when reversed. The system's multi-layer Tegris construction provides optimal rigidity and flexibility to prevent droop under heavy loads.
