Overview

The Armored Republic Testudo Gen 3 is a plate carrier constructed primarily from 500D nylon with bar-tack reinforcements at all stress points. This model features a cummerbund and a Quick-Detach System (QDS), which allows the user to open the carrier for rapid removal by pulling a cord. The exterior is covered in PALS webbing, making it compatible with MOLLE pouches and accessories. The carrier is designed for extended wear and includes built-in side plate pouches, a kangaroo pouch, and an admin pouch. The interior features padding to increase comfort and reduce blunt impact, while adjustable nylon shoulder straps allow for proper plate positioning. The large size is recommended for XL to XXL frames or individuals taller than 6'2" using 11x14" plates.
