The Armored Republic A2 Ballistic Plate is a Level III+ body armor plate measuring 8" x 10" with a base coat. Featuring a thin, low-profile, and curved design with a thickness of 0.26", it is constructed from a custom steel alloy blend that provides edge-to-edge multi-hit protection and defeats most rifles, including 5.56 M193 and M855 velocities up to 3,000 FPS. A FragLock coating protects the user from spalling and fragmentation.
