Overview
The Armasight Watchman IR Illuminator is a high-performance infrared device featuring advanced VCSEL technology, designed to provide target identification and tracking beyond 500 yards. It offers a 1000-meter range with an adjustable field of view between 3 and 14 degrees. The unit is constructed from matte black aircraft-grade aluminum and is both shockproof and IP67 waterproof rated. This illuminator includes three brightness settings and operates on a single 18650 rechargeable battery or CR123A battery. It serves as a versatile tool, functioning as a handheld light or mounting to firearms and night vision devices via the included 30mm ring. Operation is managed through a push-button tail cap, which can be swapped for an included extended tape switch. A red light indicator on the tail cap notifies the user when the unit is powered on, as the infrared beam is invisible to the naked eye. The package includes the illuminator, 30mm mounting ring, rechargeable 18650 battery, charging cable, and tape switch.
