Overview

The ArmaLite AR-10 Tactical is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .308 Winchester, designed for duty, defense, and recreational shooting. Built on an AR-10 platform, it features a 14.50-inch stainless steel barrel equipped with a flash-hiding compensator that is pinned and welded to meet the 16-inch non-NFA length requirement. The mid-length gas system includes an adjustable gas block, allowing the rifle to be tuned for optimal cycling with various ammunition and suppressor setups. The barrel utilizes a 1:10 twist rate. The rifle is built with 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers finished in a black hard coat anodization, paired with a 12-inch aluminum Key-Mod handguard featuring a full-length MIL-STD 1913 top rail. Controls include an ambidextrous safety and a Raptor ambidextrous charging handle, complemented by a two-stage precision trigger and a Magpul MOE+ pistol grip. The stock consists of a Magpul STR multi-position collapsible synthetic stock. Out of the box, the AR-10 Tactical ships with Magpul MBUS flip-up sights and one 25-round magazine. The overall length spans from approximately 33.2 to 37.2 inches, and the rifle weighs 8.3 pounds.
