Overview

The ProMag Archangel OPFOR Precision Stock is a drop-in replacement stock that modernizes the classic Mosin-Nagant M1891 platform. Molded from a high-strength, weather-resistant carbon-fiber-filled polymer in an OD Green finish, this stock fits most M1891 variants—including 91/30, M-38, M-44, and Chinese T-53 carbines with hex or round receivers—as well as Finnish M-39 rifles with minor modifications. It converts the rifle to use a detachable magazine system and includes a 10-round polymer magazine. Designed for maximum ergonomics and accuracy, the stock features a precision inlet with steel pillar bedding, a free-float barrel channel, and a patented barrel tension device. Shooters can customize their fit via the click-adjustable length-of-pull (13.5 to 14.625 inches) and click-adjustable cheek-riser with 1.75 inches of travel. Additional features include an ambidextrous gooseneck-style grip with a palm swell and locking storage compartment, a contoured soft rubber recoil pad, front and rear QD sling flush cups, and pre-inletting to accept a Timney trigger.
