Overview

The Archangel 1500 Precision Elite Stock is a Made-in-the-USA, aluminum pillar-bedded precision stock designed for Howa 1500 and Weatherby Vanguard short action rifles. Molded from a high-strength carbon fiber and glass-reinforced black polymer, it is impervious to weather and standard gun solvents. The stock features an ergonomic gooseneck grip with palm swells, a locking storage compartment, an off-hand pressure hook, and a ventilated forend with M-Lok slots for accessory mounting. Shooters can achieve a custom fit via the thumbwheel-click adjustable length of pull (13.5 to 14.6 inches) and the click-adjustable cheek riser with 1.5 inches of travel. The varmint-sized barrel channel free-floats most barrel contours, while three steel flush-fit hardpoints accommodate quick-detach sling swivels. This model includes a 7-round Type D polymer magazine with a 5-round limiter.
