The AR-STONER Mil-Spec AR-15 bolt carrier group (BCG) is a drop-in component designed for 5.56x45mm NATO builds. The carrier is machined from 8620 alloy with a full-auto profile, heat-treated, and finished with a black nitride coating for enhanced durability. The bolt is precision-machined from 9310 alloy, carburized, case-hardened, shot-peened, and parkerized. This assembly is magnetic particle inspected (MPI) to ensure the absence of structural imperfections. It features a properly staked gas key for reliable cycling and is intended as a high-performance, drop-in replacement part for standard AR-15 platforms.
