Overview

The ShapeShift Starter Kit is a modular holster system engineered for the S&W M&P 9 Compact with a 3.5-inch barrel. This system supports four carry configurations: IWB, appendix carry, OWB belt slide, and OWB paddle holster. The IWB setup utilizes a stainless-steel core and a CoolVent neoprene base, with a single-point attachment to maximize concealment. The appendix carry option features a breathable neoprene backing and a fully covered trigger guard with an optional thumb release. The OWB paddle holster and belt slide configurations are constructed from durable, injection-molded polymer. The paddle version includes an ergonomic thumb release for active retention and an adjustable unit for passive retention, with 360-degree cant adjustability in 12-degree increments. The belt slide is designed for 1.5-inch belts. The kit also includes a bonus holster mount, and all holster components are produced in the United States.
