The Alien Gear Core Carry Kit for the Springfield XDM 3.8 is built on the ShapeShift Modular Holster System, allowing the user to configure the holster in four distinct ways: as an inside the waistband (IWB) holster, appendix carry (AIWB) holster, OWB belt slide, and OWB paddle holster. The system utilizes a sturdy stainless steel core paired with a soft CoolVent neoprene base for comfort and concealment. The OWB paddle configuration includes adjustable passive retention, an optional ergonomic thumb release for active retention, and 360-degree cant adjustability in 12-degree increments, while a standard 1.5-inch belt slide is also included.
