Overview

The Aero Precision Low Profile Adjustable Gas Block allows shooters to finely tune their AR-15 gas system to manage excess gas, reduce blowback on suppressed firearms, or mitigate recoil in competition builds. Machined from 4140 steel with a durable black nitride finish, this low-profile gas block is designed to fit comfortably under slim free-float handguards, including the Aero Precision ATLAS series. It features a custom-machined stainless-steel adjustment screw providing 15 gas adjustment settings, held securely in place by a spring and detent system that delivers repeatable audible clicks without requiring secondary set screws. A sacrificial carbon-fouling chamber helps prevent carbon locking while offering an access point for solvent if needed. Compatible with barrels utilizing a 0.625-inch gas block journal, it includes an assembled adjustable gas block, a 6-inch 3/32-inch adjustment wrench, and a replacement spring and detent.
