Overview

The Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver is a one-piece design that integrates the handguard mounting platform directly into the receiver forging. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a durable anodized black finish, this receiver features M4 feedramps and .250-inch takedown pin holes. Its design allows for a free-floated handguard system using only eight screws, while incorporating lightening cuts for weight reduction and improved cooling. The receiver supports barrels with a diameter up to 1 inch and includes a flat-top Picatinny rail for optics. This unit comes pre-assembled with a dust cover and forward assist installed. The package includes a barrel nut and a compatible barrel nut wrench. The M4E1 Enhanced receiver is compatible with Aero Precision Enhanced and Quantum Series handguards, as well as most BAR-system handguards. Please note that this upper receiver is not compatible with piston kits and requires the addition of a bolt carrier group, charging handle, barrel, handguard, gas block, gas tube, and muzzle device to complete the assembly.
